Deliveries within Australia & Worldwide.
All orders are sent via Australian Post or Your Local Delivery Partner. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a unique tracking number. To guarantee the fastest possible delivery, ensure there is someone available to receive the delivery at the address you have provided between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
We want your purchase to arrive in good condition so we insure each purchase while it’s in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. On delivery, the Australia Post courier will require a signature to confirm the goods have been delivered. It’s at this point, that responsibility for your order passes to you.
If you have requested delivery to your office or workplace, and the recipient will not be you, then you must accept that the signature confirming delivery is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by our delivery partner and that responsibility for your order has been transferred to you.

Late deliveries
Trying to determine when your order should arrive? There are a couple of key points to consider, prior to contacting us:

Before we can process your order, we must have received a credit card authorisation and verified your address.

If your order is placed after midday, unfortunately it will not be processed until the following day.
- Please keep in mind that all orders are custom made for you and the standard timeframe is approximately 2 weeks from date of order.
